Today would have been Walt Disney's 110th birthday! I feel like he was the Steve Jobs of his time and made a huge impact on our lives especially as children. Without him we wouldn't have:
- my favorite couple, Mickey and Minnie Mouse! They've lasted longer than Barbie and Ken (although I think B & K recently got back together, no?)! How romantical!
- these lovely ladies to love and admire.
- this handsome prince to wish for one day. Prince Phillip can dance and slay dragons...enough said.
- one of my favorite stories of all time...well really I have J.M. Barrie to thank for that, but without Walt I wouldn't have been able to watch this movie over and over and over and over as a kid...
- I wouldn't have been able to run 13.1 miles...
Twice!
- Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Keri Russell, Ryan Gosling, or JC Chasez...the horror! Yep, they all started out as Mouseketeers on MMC.
- one of the greatest places on Earth! Plus, I would not be able to have my goal to one day stay here - at Cinderella's Castle!
and soak here...
and sleep here...
And they lived happily ever after...
