| Tone It Up ladies, Karena and Katrina Photo from the TIU site. |
If you’ve been following along with my blog, you can see a change toward more fitness and health related posts. This is because I am trying to undergo a lifestyle change. I don’t think I need to lose any weight, but I would definitely like to eat better and tone it up! Because this blog is all about my life and adventures, I will obviously be writing about these kind of topics since it's a big part of my life now.
Two weeks ago, I purchased the Tone It Up Nutrition and Workout Plan. I did a post on the TIU girls last September. Check it out here! I've been following along with them ever since then, but not on the level I have wanted. I don’t know why it took me so long to figure out what the Tone It Up Plan really was, but for some reason it just finally clicked. For $150, you can get the Tone It Up Nutrition and Workout Plan – recipes, workouts, and motivational support for life! Every so often, they send you more recipes and workouts that coincide with the seasons (Ex: pumpkin and cinnamon for fall/winter). They are about to send out an email with the recipes that match up with their upcoming Bikini Challenge. I can't wait!

To prepare for the Tone It Up Plan, you need to grocery shop and start making meals ahead of time. Check out some of my photos below! Healthy eating is the hardest change for me, as I love sweets and all carbs! Thankfully, the TIU ladies don't have restricted foods - you just need to use portion control and/or balance your sweets with less calories later or push yourself harder in the gym. They also encourage you to eat lean, green and clean! The Plan is all about eating the right foods and working out at the right times. It’s not so much a diet as it is a lifestyle change!
Since purchasing the TIU Plan, I am proud of a few things I've accomplished so far. 1) I can see a difference in my eating habits already. I use portion control. I also make better food choices (salad over fried cheese sticks!). I’ve gone to the store and purchased lots of healthy foods for the delicious TIU recipes. 2) I've been rocking my workouts lately - even squeezing them in late at night. Check them out from this week below!
