From time to time I like to write a "Girl Crush" post on my blog. These are famous woman that I think make great role models for other women and are the whole package - they aren't seen partying late into the morning, they volunteer, they have great style, they have ambition, etc. You can check them out here:

Today, I wanted to do a post on one of my favorite ladies, Giuliana Rancic, but then I thought about her husband, Bill. I love them both, so I decided to do a "Couple Crush" this week!
I've been watching Giuliana on E! News for years! I've loved watching her grow - seeing her career take off in numerous ways, seeing her find love with Bill Rancic, etc. I was really excited when Style announced a new show, Giuliana and Bill. The show has given fans a look into the lives of this adorable couple for the last few years - including the ups and downs.

When the show first aired, Giuliana and Bill's only problem was deciding whether to live in Chicago or Los Angeles. Unfortunately, the show became more real as the couple tried to start a family. Giuliana and Bill showed so many hard times - the process of IVF, a miscarriage, a breast cancer diagnosis, etc. I commend the Rancics for letting cameras into their home and lives at this hard time. Many couples around the world are going through similar road bumps in life, and I'm sure Giuliana and Bill have been quite the inspiration for them. Giuliana is definitely a role model for all women.
Bill is a role model as well. From what I've seen on the show, Bill has been a huge support system for his wife. I love how level-headed he is. He always has wonderful advice and makes pro/con lists to help them make big decisions together. He was a guest speaker at my grad school a couple years ago, but unfortunately I had a class at that time. I would have loved to hear him speak.

The Rancics recently announced that they are having a baby via gestational carrier! I couldn't be happier for them! I know they are going to make great parents. The baby is due at the end of the summer. The current season of Giuliana and Bill is all about this new, exciting life journey of preparing for parenthood. Of course the show has its serious moments, but the Rancics can get funny and crazy as well - for instance, Giuliana's sporadic dance party with her tween nieces or Bill randomly selling their gorgeous Chicago house right after they got situated because someone made a good offer!
I really can't describe what makes this couple so great, but it definitely shines through on their show. You just have to watch Giuliana and Bill Tuesday nights at 8pm EST to see!
I love them, too...such a nice break from the dramatic reality TV
